How do I qualify for the Return to Recycle discount?We believe in the circular economy and are therefore happy to offer you the possibility to return your jewelry within 12 months of your purchase. From experience we know how good it can make you feel to wear new jewelry but that doesn't mean you should leave your old collection left unworn or go to waste. We will gladly re-use, recycle and revamp your undamaged jewelry that you no longer wear. Depending on the state of your jewelry piece you can receive up to 20% discount on your next purchase by entering a personal code which you will receive from us. Please note it is solely up to KEVEDI to determine whether the jewelry piece you are returning qualifies for a discount.

What materials do you use?All our jewelry is made with high quality materials including sterling silver, gold filled and rose gold filled. - "Gold filled" (or "rolled gold") comprises a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. The minimum layer of gold must equal at least 1/20th the weight of the total item. It is very durable and under normal wear the gold will not peel or flake, unlike gold plate. - Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper.

What is your refund policy?Only for the Netherlands: We are happy to provide a refund for your jewelry in original condition within 8 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase (minus the delivery charge paid). We do not offer exchanges. We are unable to offer returns for the following: - pierced earrings (for reasons of hygiene). - any personalised jewelry, eg engraved products - jewelry broken by the customer as a result of unsuccessful wrapping attempts Jewelry should be packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit and a note of your name and order number must be included along with your returned jewelry. We recommend you use an insured and tracked delivery service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Can you send my order out today?We aim to dispatch all orders twice a week on Wednesday and Friday and orders are processed strictly in the order they are received to make it fair for all customers. If your order is urgent you will need to select Special Delivery (NL customers only) as your delivery option and place your order before 2pm. These orders are prioritised because you are paying for the extra service. Overseas customers should select DHL before 12pm for a same day dispatch service. We appreciate your understanding and assistance with this.

What if a jewelry piece is sold out?Our collection is very dynamic and also includes ‘one-off’ pieces. Should you be interested in purchasing a jewelry piece that is sold out please feel free to contact us to discuss the options.

Can I qualify for the "give and receive" discount after six months of my purchase?"After six months of purchase you are welcome to return your Kevedi jewelry however, we can no longer guarantee a discount if you purchase a new piece of Kevedi jewelry.
